Shipping & Returns

Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail.  This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.  As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment.  If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail.  If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

Order Shipment:

If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order.  We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.  If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at sales@coolersco.com

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery.  If your item(s) arrive damaged, please send photos returns@coolersco.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.

Return Policy

No-Hassle Returns

  • Return your new, unopened items* within 7 days from the date of delivery and receive a full refund less the shipping cost. No questions asked. Return shipping will appl.

  • Products received as a result of our error can be returned at no cost to you. We will even pay to have the item picked up.
  • Items returned after 7 days from delivery to you will be treated as an Open Box Return and subject to a 30% re-stocking fee.

Return of Drop-Shipped Items

Many of our products - including but not limited to coolers, jugs, and accessories etc. are shipped directly from the manufacturer. It is important for the customer to be aware that all drop-shipped products are subject to the return policy of the specific manufacturer.

  • Re-stocking fees for drop-shipped products may be as high as 30%, depending on the return policy of the specific manufacturer
  • Some items may not be returnable at all.
  • Contact a member of our Customer Service Team for details on a specific item.

Defective Merchandise

Contact our Customer Service Team within 30 days of receipt of any item you believe to be defective. The Coolers Co. will provide instructions for returning the item for inspection. If the product is declared defective, you will have the option to receive a replacement or obtain a full refund of the purchase price including shipping. If a replacement item is desired, the Coolers Co. will ship the new items upon receipt of defective merchandise. Products not found to be defective will be treated as a normal return.

Return Material Authorizations (RMAs)

Prior to returning a "Return Material Authorization Number" must be obtained from the Coolers Co. - credit may not be issued for returns sent without an RMA number. All defective or returned goods must be returned freight prepaid to the address provided by the Coolers Co. Credit will be applied within 10 days of receipt and inspection. Cancellations

All orders canceled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped.  If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.
